Rules and regulations for availing van facility
Joining, change and withdraw
- The school provides van service for the convenience of the children on payment basis. The parents should make the necessary arrangements to hand over and collect their children.
- Admission to The Little Apex does not ensure a seat on any particular van. If a van is full or does not cover the required area, parents will have to make their own arrangements.
- Request for change of van route will not be entertained in any case.
- To avail of the transport facilities parents are requested to fill up the forms, available in the office.
- Change of the school van. Parents must inform the office about the change of their van route by filling up the prescribed form. No change will be effective unless sanctioned by the school office.
- For discontinuation of the school van. Inform the school office by filling up the prescribed form. Inform the school regarding the mode of transport to be used after the discontinuation of the school van in the prescribed form. The Van fee will be charged till the office is informed.
- In case of discontinuation of school transport, the current month’s fee should be paid in full.
