Documents required at the time of Admission
Attach the documents in the following order
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate- Issued by Municipal Authority (Hospital/Nursing Home birth certificates will not be accepted.)
- ID Proof for the pick & drop of the child – Attach any one of the following (Aadhar Card/Passport/
Electricity bill/Voter ID).
- Medical Certificate (Original) –from a Registered Practitioner.
- Twelve (12) Passport size photograph of the child.
- One colored postcard size photograph of the child along with his /her parents.
- Proof of school currently attended by the child (if any).
Note : * Original documents to be brought at the time of Admission.
